With this plan we’ll work together over the course of 1 to 2 weeks to create a step-by-step short-term rental design plan that will WOW your ideal guest, put you in a position to generate a return on your investment AND 5-star reviews every time.

Consulting + Design + Install | Starting at $3,500 (1BR/1BA)
This is your turn-key offering for launching a new or re-launching an existing listing. We work with you to customize the plan & then manage the details of purchasing & install of each room in addition to community spaces & materials.

Includes:
(Short-Term Intensive +)
+Sourcing & coordination of all purchases & deliveries to support the approved Product Index selections
+Delivery arrangement for all purchases (either to a receiving warehouse and then your rental, directly to your rental, or a combination of both)
+Installation and Assembly of all furnishings, decor and accessories
+Coordination of final interior & exterior photography (with creative direction for a wide variety of images to assist with optimizing your listing and social media)
+Project Management: You have deadlines and we have work to do. We’ll ensure that all parties are on the same page with what needs to be done by when to guide the project to a successful launch or re-launch.
